To get started, provide confirmation in writing to your Como Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship, requesting that Como send API access details to Airship.
After confirmation has been provided, Como will provide Airship with API access. Airship will then configure your account to automatically retrieve data from Como on a daily basis.
What data is sent to Airship?
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Email opt in
- SMS opt in
- Como Member ID
- Como Member Status
- Como Mobile App Last Used Date
- Como Points Balance (last known balance written to a UDF)
- Como Credit Balance (last known balance written to a UDF)
This connector does not support interaction data or Tag data.
View your data in Airship
Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.
To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to “Contacts” in the main menu and select “Folders & Groups”.
You’ll be able to select your Loyalty/Como Group to see contacts within that Group that have been added via the Como connector.
On a contact record, in the User Defined Fields section, you will see the Como fields for the contact record:
