Choosing your unique code mechanic

We have several different unique code campaigns to meet your needs, take a look to find out which will work for you!

Do you want to add unique codes into your emails so that you can track the redemption of your offers? We have a few of options to do this on Airship: you can use EPOS integrated codes, use Airship's standalone mechanic or connect these offers to Toggle.

Now you've decided which code mechanic best suits your campaign, take a look at what we'll need from you to get started!

Details: Combine your Toggle and Airship accounts to send your customers a free Toggle gift card as part of your campaigns.

What we need from you:

  • Set up your voucher in Toggle & let us know the name

  • Set up a 100% discount promotion in Toggle and let us know the details

  • An Image for the campaign

Lead time: 1 -2 days

Details: Any codes sent in your emails using this system can be tracked via your Comtrex tills. The redemption is sent back to Airship from Comtrex and stored against the customer contact records.

What we need from you:

  • Ask Comtrex to set up your required campaigns & send us the prefix

  • An image for the campaign

  • Details for each campaign (including expiry)

Lead time: 4 - 5 days

Details: If your EPOS can create unique codes we can add these into our unique code mechanic so that you can track the redemption via your tills. The redemption isn’t sent back to Airship from your EPOS in this case, but it is recorded within the Airship mechanic and this information is stored on your customers contact record.

What we need from you:

  • An export of codes from your EPOS provider (in a CSV file)

  • An image for the campaign

  • Details for each campaign (including expiry)

Lead time: 1 - 2 days

Details: If your EPOS can't create unique codes we can issue Airship codes out to your customers. Our mechanic records the redemption against your customer contact record. The unique code can’t be entered into your tills in this case but you could add a “voucher” button to record redemption.

What we need from you:

  • An image for the campaign

  • Details for each campaign (including expiry)

Lead time: 1 - 2 days
