Getting Started

To get started, provide confirmation in an email between your Walkup Account Manager and our Customer success team that your data can be shared with Airship.

Airship will then provide Walkup with API access and Walkup will configure your account to automatically send data from Walkup to Airship on a daily basis.

What Data is sent to Airship?

  • Contact name

  • Contact number

  • Contact email

  • Marketing opt in

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.

To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to Contacts in the main menu and select Folders & Groups.

You’ll be able to select your Bookings group to see contacts that have been added via the Walkup connector. The name of the group may vary for your particular account set-up.

How could you use this integration

  • Set up a specific welcome journey for customers who have booked with you.

  • Send specific emails to customers who have previously booked with you.

  • This data will contribute to your database growth.

Note: This integration doesn’t currently add transactional data to Airship so this doesn’t contribute to PoP.
