Button Alignment

One of our features on the form builder is the ‘Button Alignment’ where you can set the vertical alignment of the submit button, the options of alignment include; Left, Centre, Right and Full Width.

Condensed Forms

‘Condensed Forms’ feature allows you to keep your form short and snappy by reducing the padding around the form.

Another way to keep your form concise would be to hide field labels. You can then use the placeholder text to demonstrate what should go in each field.

Email Link Under Share

If you have the desire to add your form to one of your outstanding emails, well you can by going to the ‘Share’ Icon in the top right of the screen and what will pop up will be three links. The link you want however will be the one that says ‘Airship Email Link’ so copy the link and stick it in your email.

Multi-Preference Field Option

Another great feature is ‘Multi Select Preferences’ which allows you to float questions which are not typically on the spectrum for example ‘What Is Your Favourite Drink?’. To find this feature go to Fields > Click on the ‘+’ where is says ‘Add New Field’, then go to ‘Field Type’ and on the dropdown, select Multi-Select Preferences. Choose your question and the Multi-Select answers which will then create groups relating to these answers for you to target.

Terms and Conditions Field

You can include T&Cs to your form directly into the email builder or link out to your site. This will ensure customers are fully informed with anything you may be offering in your form.

Customer Already Exists On The Database

To only allow customers to submit a form once, head to ‘Advanced Settings’ and go to ‘Allow Submission If Contact Already Exists’ then choose which statement fits what you're trying to do, after that create a message for the customer trying to get into the form the second time, for example ‘Oops! Looks like someone is on the playlist’

Email bounceback

If you'd like an email to automatically send when a contact fills in a specific form, build the email within the email builder and then head to advanced settings on that form and select the email.

Contact forms

When a contact submits the form, you can be notified so then you can contact this individual if needed. To set this up, just go to advanced settings and enter the email address that you'd like to receive the notifications under 'send notification emails'.
