Integrating Centegra with Airship will allow us to consume all basket data when we can associate it to a guest via;

  • A voucher (Providing that a voucher was issued by Airship)

  • A Booking reference (Note, there may need to be an additional link between Centegra and your booking provider to ensure these fields are in the extracts - which may have a cost associated depending on your provider)

This is also a source of PoP.

Partner charges

There will be a one off fee of £250 per brand for setup and an ongoing fee of £15 per unit, per month to monitor your integration.

Note, the costs for the integration with Centegra would also include the voucher integration (How to use unique codes with Centegra and Airship | Airship Support) - which allows Centegra to validate voucher codes stored in Airship, before applying them to the basket.

The setup and ongoing fees are inclusive of both integrations (if they are both required).

Getting started

In order to setup the Centegra integration, first you will need to contact your Centegra account manager and Airship Customer Success contact.

From Airship:

  • We'll create a SFTP shared drive to allow Centegra to send data over to us, and provide Centegra with the credentials

From Centegra:

  • Setup a daily feed of basket data to the SFTP

  • Provide a list of of your site references so we can map to Airship locations/units

Airship will then configure the integration to run daily.

What data is sent to Airship?

This integration will not create or update any contact profiles. It will only apply basket data to a contact based on;

  • if they have been issued a unique voucher code via Airship, and that unique voucher code was used in a transaction

  • if they have made a booking via your booking provider

    • And the booking provider is integrated with Airships REST API

    • And the booking provider is integrated with Centegra, and the booking reference is stored against the basket

We will store:

  • Order number

  • Order location (venue)

  • Order Items

    • Menu item name

    • Menu item price

    • Menu item quantity

    • Menu item SKU

View your data in Airship

Contacts are sorted into Folders & Groups and you can find the contacts against the relevant units.

From here, you can select your contacts - view all historic orders and items purchased within that transaction.
