WooCommerce provides an E-commerce solution that enables products to be sold, the purchaser and purchase data can now be sent directly near real-time to your Airship account.
Getting Started
Getting set-up with WooCommerce is straightforward! You'll need to get the following from your WooCommerce admin;
A WooCommerce API token
Your WooCommerce store name
Once you have this, provide it to your Airship customer success contact and we'll do the rest!
WooCommerce API token
You'll need to generate your own API user token, and securely provide this to your Airship contact. Follow these steps within your WooCommerce account.
Login to your account > Click on Settings > Go to Advanced settings > Click on REST API
Select Add key option
Add a description, choose the user you’re creating an API key for, select a Read/Write permission and click on Generate API key button.
Now that keys have been generated, you should see two new keys, a QRCode, and a Revoke API Key button. These two keys are your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Copy the Consumer Key & Consumer secret (they will be hidden once you leave the page) and send it to your Airship contact.

View your data in Airship
Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.
To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to “Audiences” in the main menu and select “Folders & Groups”.
Contacts will be stored in groups under the head office unit with the group name WooCommerce - Order. Because the orders aren't venue / location specific, they will always go into head office.
If you click into one of the groups, you'll see all contacts who made a purchase through WooCommerce.
Additionally, if you wish to view the purchase dates and line items, you can view this under View EPOS data, within a customer's record.
Having purchase history allows this integration to be used as a source of Proof of Presence (PoP) data within your campaigns and insight reports.
Historic Imports
Airship gives the ability to perform a one-off historic import, when initially switching on the WooCommerce data bridge. Please let your Customer Success contact know if you would like this running, and how far back you would like us to collect data from.
