We back up data regularly

We take regular backups of customer data so that if anything ever went wrong, like accidental deletion or system failure, we could restore it. These backups are stored securely and encrypted.

We have a disaster recovery plan

We maintain and test a disaster recovery (DR) plan to help us recover quickly from serious incidents like outages or data centre failures. Our team regularly reviews and updates this plan.

This includes making sure we can:

  • Recover key systems quickly

  • Restore data from backups

  • Keep in touch with customers during incidents

Built-in resilience

We use cloud infrastructure (AWS) to help us stay resilient. That means our systems are designed to handle failures and can keep running if one part goes down.

We keep you informed

If anything ever affects the availability or security of your data, we’ll let you know promptly. We believe in transparency and clear communication during incidents.
