How to set up the Airship connector in HGEM

Automatically sync your HGEM data to Airship. Here's how.

Switching on the HGEM / Airship connector means that customer data from the HGEM platform will be sent to your Airship database.

Getting started

To get started, provide confirmation in writing to your HGEM Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship, requesting that HGEM send access details to Airship.

After confirmation has been provided, HGEM will provide Airship with access to your data. Airship will then configure your account to automatically retrieve data from HGEM on a daily basis.

What data is sent to Airship?

  • Contact first name

  • Contact last name

  • Contact email address

  • Contact email opt in

  • Contact feedback score (NPS)

  • Contact feedback type (positive, negative, neutral)

  • Contact feedback date

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.

To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to “Contacts” in the main menu and select “Folders & Groups”.

You’ll be able to select your Feedback folder to see the different HGEM survey types as separate groups. Click one of the groups to see the contacts.
