Slerp provides an Order and Pay solution that seamlessly integrate with the industry’s leading POS providers.

And you can also get customer and order data flowing directly into your Airship account!

Getting started

Getting set-up with Slerp is straight forward! You'll need to ask Slerp;

  • To enable the web hooks on your account for the Airship integration

  • To provide your merchant reference

  • To provide a list of Store IDs and names

Once you have all this in place, get in touch with your Airship Customer Success contact and we'll handle the rest.

What data is sent to Airship?

  • Contact first name

  • Contact surname

  • Contact email address

  • Contact mobile number

  • Contact Date of Birth (Note, this isn't captured for guest orders)

  • Contact email opt in status

  • Contact unit (location of order)

  • Purchaser history - unit/location

  • Purchaser history - transaction reference

  • Purchaser history - SKU

  • Purchaser history - quantity

  • Purchaser history - value

Note, there are multiple stages of an order in Slerp, we will only send an order to Airship when the status is 'Fulfilled'.

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.

To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to Contacts in the main menu and select Folders & Groups.

Contacts will be stored in groups under each relevant unit/location with an appropriate group name depending on the type of customer purchase, and will be one of:

  • Slerp - Pickup

  • Slerp - Delivery

  • Slerp - Table

If you click into one of the groups, you'll see all contacts who made a purchase using that method.

Additionally, if you wish to view the purchase dates and line items, you can view this under View EPOS data, within a customer's record:

Having purchase history and location information allows this integration to be used as a source of Proof of Presence (PoP) data within your campaigns and insight reports.
