LOKE provides a Loyalty & Order and Pay solution that seamlessly integrate with the industry’s leading POS providers.

And you can also get customer and order data flowing directly into your Airship account!

Getting started

Getting set-up with LOKE is straight forward! You'll need to ask LOKE;

  • LOKE Organisation ID

Once you have all this in place, get in touch with your Airship Customer Success contact and we'll handle the rest.

What data is sent to Airship?

  • Contact first name

  • Contact surname

  • Contact email address

  • Contact mobile number

  • Contact Gender

  • Contact Date of Birth (Note, this isn't captured for guest orders)

  • Contact email opt in status

  • Contact unit (location of order)

  • Purchaser history - unit/location

  • Purchaser history - transaction reference

  • Purchaser history - SKU

  • Purchaser history - quantity

  • Purchaser history - value

There are also the following Dynamic Fields which will be provided for a contact;

  • Dynamic Field - Last points earned date

  • Dynamic Field - Last points redeemed date

  • Dynamic Field - Last spend date

  • Dynamic Field - Points Balance

  • Dynamic Field - Lifetime Points Earned

  • Dynamic Field - Lifetime Points Redeemed

  • Dynamic Field - Lifetime total spend

  • Dynamic Field - Last points earned date

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.

To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to Contacts in the main menu and select Folders & Groups.

Contacts will be stored in groups under each relevant unit/location under the group name 'LOKE - Orders'

If you click into one of the groups, you'll see all contacts who made a purchase using that method.

Additionally, if you wish to view the purchase dates and line items, you can view this under View EPOS data, within a customer's record:

Having purchase history and location information allows this integration to be used as a source of Proof of Presence (PoP) data within your campaigns and insight reports.
