Switching on the Vita Mojo / Airship connector means that each time a customer pre-orders, the customer and purchase data will be automatically sent to your Airship database.
Vita Mojo charge an ongoing fee of £25 per unit per month to monitor your integration.
To get started, provide confirmation in writing to your Vita Mojo Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship.
Once permission has been given, Airship will send API access details to Vita Mojo. Vita Mojo will configure your account to send data to Airship. Your Vita Mojo Account Manager will inform you of any specific prerequisites before the Airship connector can be enabled for your account.
Data will be sent from Vita Mojo in near real-time and includes opted in and opted out data.
If historic data needs to be pushed to your Airship account, ask Vita Mojo to do this.
What data is sent?
Contact data - First name
Contact data - Last name
Contact data - Email address
Contact data - Email opt in
Contact data - Sign up date
Purchase history data - Transaction reference
Purchase history data - Transaction date
Purchase history data - Transaction unit
Purchase history data - Transactional lines (Item name, SKU, Quantity, Value)

View your data in Airship
Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.
To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to “Contacts” in the main menu and select “Folders & Groups”.
You’ll be able to select your Pre order/Vita Mojo Group to see contacts within that group that have been added via the Vita Mojo connector. You can view the purchase data by clicking on the “View Epos data” button at the bottom of the contact record.
How can I use the Vita Mojo integration?
As well as data flowing directly from Vita Mojo to Airship, the integration also allows you the ability to issue unique codes. This means you can provide offers directly to your smart ordering customers. You could include these codes in your automated emails or create specific campaigns to drive customers to use your platform.
You can create really clever campaigns by triggering automatic emails to customers based on whether they've used their codes or not, this could be to drive more customers to use their codes or to reward those that have already used them.
