Fuse provides an Order and Pay solution that seamlessly integrates with the industry’s leading POS providers – And you can also get customer data flowing directly into your Airship account!

Getting Started

Getting set-up with Fuse is straight forward! You'll need;

  • An Airship REST API token

  • Your Airship Account ID

  • A list of your Airship Unit IDs (locations)

Creating an API token

You'll need to create an API "Personal Access Token" for them to be able to pass data into your account securely.

To do this. you can either

A) Invite your contact at Fuse as a user to your Airship account and let them do this themselves, or;

B) You can do this on their behalf and pass the token on to them securely.

To create an API Personal Access Token, follow our guide here >

Airship Account ID

Fuse may also require your Airship Account ID. If you're not sure what this is, please request it from our Customer Success team.

Airship Unit IDs

Fuse will also require a list of Unit IDs (locations) in order to associate purchases with the correct locations in Airship. The Airship Customer Success team will be able to provide this list.

Contacts will be stored in groups under each relevant unit/location with an appropriate group name depending on the type of customer purchase. The groups which your order data will go into are;

  • Fuse - Click and collect

  • Fuse - Pay at table

  • Fuse - Delivery

If you click into one of the groups, you'll see all contacts who made a purchase using that method.

Additionally, if you wish to view the purchase dates and line items, you can view this under View EPOS data, within a customer's record:

Having purchase history and location information allows this integration to be used as a source of Proof of Presence (PoP) data within your campaigns and insight reports.
