Reporting on SMS vs email is slightly different.
After you have sent out your SMS message, you will see the following details including:
Message - This shows the content of the message.
Originator - Your from name.
Recipients - This will show the amount of recipients that your communications are reaching.
Unit - Here you can see which unit this was sent from.
Queued - Sending time and date of the campaign.
For more detailed insights into your SMS communication, you can select the message's unique ID number. This opens up the Delivery Report Summary, breaking down the number of messages delivered, failed, or awaiting report.
Additionally, individual delivery reports with corresponding mobile numbers provide a closer look at the delivery status for each recipient.
