Occasionally corporate email addresses may have trouble receiving emails sent from the Airship platform, this can be down to the fact that Airship is sending on behalf of the companies domain which can end up hitting firewalls and spam filters.

For example, if we were to send an email to georgina@airship.co.uk from hello@news.airship.co.uk this could look suspicious to the airship domain.

To get around this problem you can mark your domain as safe within your corporate network, you can find the domain if you login to your Airship account and head to settings > branded domain.

Another step that can be taken to prevent this happening is to whitelist our pool of IP addresses, you can find these below.
