Getting Started

To get started, get in touch with your EnquiryBot Account Manager. Provide confirmation in writing to your Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship.

Your EnquiryBot Account Manager will then let Airship know that they require API access to send data to your Airship database.

We will then provide Enquiry bot with:

  • A unique URL link to send us the contact data to

Enquiry bot will provide Airship with:

  • A list of Branch references

Only customers who choose to Opt in are sent to Airship, and the data is sent in real-time to your Airship database.

What data is sent to Airship?

A list of fields that Airship captures:

  • Contact fields

    • First Name

    • Surname

    • Mobile Number

    • Email address

    • Email opt in

    • DOB

    • Location (If no location is provided, the contact will be added to head office)

    • Contact notes (A URL to the conversation transcript will be sent to Airship)

Please note that this is not a source of PoP (proof of presence).

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Audiences > Folders & Groups.

Any data from EnquiryBot will be visible in the EnquiryBot folder. The groups will be dynamically named based on the enquiry type, e.g’ Christmas Booking’, and you can see all the contacts added via the EnquiryBot connector there.

Historic Imports

It is not possible to obtain historic data from the integration. If you would like your historic contacts uploaded, a manual upload of contact data will be required.
