Send your Hotel powered contact data into your Airship account. We connect to Innquest's API once a day to fetch all contact profiles of customers who have created, or updated a booking within the last 24 hours.

Innquest has 2 product variations that Airship integrates with:

  • RoomMaster Anywhere

  • RoomMaster Cloud

Fees

There are additional integration API fees charged by Innquest. Please speak to your Innquest Account Manager to find out more.

Getting Started

Getting set-up with Innquest is straight forward!

You’ll need ask Innquest and provide Airships the following:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • x-api-key

  • A list of Sites and Site IDs (note, this can also be obtained from the API)

Once we have all the information required, we will be able to build the configuration and switch the integration on.

Groups

When data is added to Airship, we will categorise it into the group ‘Hotel - Bookings’.

You can also define 'Labels' as part of the setup, and any contacts that come from Innquest with that label will be allocated into a group with the same name. For example, you might want to know who booked for leisure or business.

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.

To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to “Audiences” in the main menu and select “Folders & Groups”.

Any data from Innquest will be visible in the Innquest folder > Hotel - Bookings group. If you have defined any additional Groups / Labels as part of the integration, these can also be seen here.

To view the booking data, open a contact record and click “View bookings”. This screen will show the booking record details for the customer.

Historic Imports

Once the integration is setup, all future bookings will be synced to Airship.

It is not possible to obtain historic (completed bookings) data from the integration. If you would like your historic contacts uploading, a manual upload of contact data will be required.
