Switching on the Sky WiFi x Airship connector means that each time a customer connects to your WiFi, the customer and WiFi data will be automatically sent to your Airship database.

There might be additional fees from Sky WiFi for this integration. Please contact your Sky WiFi Account Manager to find out more.
Getting Started
To get started, get in touch with your Sky Wifi Account Manager. Provide confirmation in writing to your Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship.
Your Sky Wifi Account Manager will then let Airship know that they require API access to send data to your Airship database.
We will then provide them with:
Unique URL link
API username
API password
Data is sent in near real-time to your Airship database when a customer connects to your WiFi.

View your data in Airship
Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Audiences > Folders & Groups.
Any data from Sky WiFi will be visible in the SKY WIFI folder > SKY WIFI group where you can see all the contacts added via the Sky Cloud connector.
Historic Imports
It is not possible to obtain historic data from the integration. If you would like your historic contacts uploading, a manual upload of contact data will be required.
