We work with hospitality businesses and brands that trust us with their customer data and we take that responsibility seriously. While we have more detailed technical policies available for those who need them, here’s a high-level summary of how we protect your data every day.

We follow good security practices

We’ve put in place sensible, industry-standard measures to keep your data safe. That includes:

  • Using strong encryption to protect data both when it’s stored and when it’s being sent.

  • Keeping our systems up to date and regularly applying security patches.

  • Monitoring our systems for suspicious activity and responding quickly if anything unusual happens

Only the right people have access

Access to data is tightly controlled. Only authorised team members who need access for their role can see customer data and we track who accesses what. Everyone at Airship receives training in how to handle data securely.

Your data is hosted securely

We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services, or AWS) based in the UK to host our platform. This ensures physical security, resilience, and high availability for our systems.

We’re guided by privacy and compliance standards

We aim to align our practices with industry frameworks like ISO 27001, and we’re committed to meeting the requirements of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act. If you need detailed information for a supplier assessment, you can request access to our dedicated policies portal at https://policies.airship.co.uk.

If you have any questions about our approach to security, our team is happy to help.
