How to setup the Tevalis Basket (POS) integration

Bring your anonymous basket data from Tevalis to Airship, and let us match it to a customer!

Integrating Tevalis with Airship will allow us to consume all basket data after a voucher has been redeemed. This integration will run in real time for redemptions, and near real time for sending us the basket data on completion. It is also a source of PoP.

Fees

  1. One-off fee: £250 per brand for setup

  2. Ongoing fee: £25 per unit, per month to monitor your integration

Note, the costs for the integration with Tevalis would also include the voucher integration (find more info here) - which allows Tevalis to validate voucher codes stored in Airship, before applying them to the basket.

The setup and ongoing fees are inclusive of both integrations (if they are both required).

Getting started

To begin, you’ll need to contact both your Tevalis Account Manager and your Airship Customer Success contact.

From Airship, we’ll provide:

  • API token

  • Account ID

  • List of units and IDs

You'll then need to create a reward on Airship and provide the Unique Code Group to Tevalis. More information about it here.

From Tevalis, you’ll need them to:

  • Configure API details, Account ID, and units

  • Configure the promotion and add the unique code group ID

What data is sent to Airship?

This integration does not create or update contact profiles. Instead, it will:

  • Identify if a voucher is active

  • Mark a voucher as redeemed on use

  • Send basket data to Airship upon check completion

Stored against each purchase:

  • Order number

  • Order location (venue)

  • Order items, including:

    • Menu item name

    • Menu item price

    • Menu item quantity

    • Menu item SKU
