Fees

Tevalis will charge the following to setup and monitor the integration:

  1. Single £250 set up fee per group

  2. Ongoing £25 per unit, per month

Note, the costs for the integration with Tevalis would also include the basket integration (find more info here) - which allows us to consume all basket data after a voucher has been redeemed.

Getting Started

Decide what promotion to offer your customers

Unique codes can be used for automated journeys or one-off campaigns. Unique codes are a great incentive to encourage customers to re-visit and are also a great way to reward your customers. Unique codes are often used as part of automated welcome and birthday journeys.

  • Go to Airship > Rewards > Create New

  • Give a name, select 'Other' (UPLOAD icon) as a reward code type and choose a reward style (single use campaign is chosen in the screenshot below):

  • Fill in all the other details including Validity and Display sections until you reach Upload Codes section where you will be asked to upload the codes. When uploading, the file of codes needs to be a csv format with one column (with a case-sensitive header row named 'codes') and one code per row (see screenshot below).

  • Click Confirm.

It's not required but we’d recommend you use a prefix, unique to the promotion, for the vouchers (i.e. they will all start with AX / SE1) - this can be alphanumeric, and any length.

Tevalis Setup

Ask Tevalis to set up a promotion, and provide them the Unique Code Group ID which you can find in the reward URL (the 16 digit number):

Once it's all configured, you can provide Tevalis, one of the SUVs generated by Airship and they can test the integration end to end.

Distribute unique codes to your customers

Unique codes can be distributed to your customers using the Airship Unique Code Issuance System, which allows you to send links to your customers so that they can retrieve their code.

You may want to use the codes as part of a trigger journey (i.e. Welcome/sign ups) or Ad Hoc campaign (i.e. Fathers Day).

Redemption

When a customer visits one of your venues with a code, this can be redeemed on the till. If the offer is valid, it will be redeemed in Airship.

At the till, the user can either use the function key ‘Airship Redeem Voucher’ or a button configured to payment type ‘ICRM Voucher’:

Once the code is entered, click on Redeem Rewards to redeem the code:

Airship will act as the gatekeeper for if the voucher code is valid, or has been used.

The responses which Airship will return are:

  1. Voucher code being valid, and you can redeem it

  2. Voucher code has already been redeemed

  3. Voucher code doesn't exist

If the code is valid, Tevalis will apply the relevant promotion to the customers basket.

Post Redemption

After the voucher is successfully redeemed, Tevalis will push the purchase data to Airship - where we will use the SUV against the transaction to associate the purchase back to the customer who was issued that voucher.
