Useful for: Making sure your emails show the right brand name, updating after a rebrand, or correcting a typo in your current from name.
When a customer receives an email from you, the from name is the name they see in their inbox before they open it - for example, Airship's demo account is called Joiner's Kitchen and as such has the from name simply as "Joiner's Kitchen".
Here's how that From Name appears in the inbox before clicking the email:

The From Name is set at account level, so it can't be changed directly in the Airship dashboard.
