How to reset your password
Go to our website airship.co.uk and click the purple "Login" button near the top right corner of the screen.
You'll now see the login page where you enter your username and password.
If you cannot remember your password click the Reset here link.
After clicking reset here you will see a page where you'll need to enter your:
Username - this is a name created by you or a team member when you were first signed to Airship
Email - this is your email address associated to your Airship account
Once you have entered your Username and Email and pressed Send a green message will appear on that screen saying:
"We've sent you an email with a link to reset your password".
The email will land almost instantly in your inbox with the subject line "Airship reset password" and the sender email being notify(at)send.airshipemail.co.uk
Click the 'Reset password' button in that email.
You'll be directed to a new screen where you enter your Username and then enter your new password and re-enter the password again to confirm it's right.
Click Set Password to confirm the password change.
Note: The password must contain at least: 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (E.g. , . _ & ? etc)
We recommend saving your password to a secure password manager so you don't lose it.
After this is done you'll be directed to log back into your account by clicking Login.
Things to note
Your password reset link lasts 48 hours. If it's expired, just head back to the login page and click "Reset here" for a new one.
If you see a "Password email already sent" message on the login page, your previous reset email link is still active. Check your inbox for the subject line "Airship reset password" to find it.
