If you're confident your password is correct but you're still seeing that "Incorrect username or password" error, the issue might actually be your username.
Since Airship requires a specific username (which isn't always your email address), you might not be familiar with it and forget what it is.
Read on to find out what to do.
How to find out your Username
There's three ways to resolve this issue.
1. Search your inbox
When your account was first created, you should have received a "Welcome" email from success@airship.co.uk with the subject: "Your new Airship account."
Check that email - it includes your username.
2. Ask a team member to help out
If you have a colleague who also uses Airship, they can find your username on the dashboard. They can find it by going to:
Settings > Users & roles > Manage users
From there, they can see a list of everyone on the account and let you know exactly what your username is.
3. Contact Airship Support
If you're still stuck, reach out to us! We're happy to help you get back into your account.
