Getting Started

To get started, get in touch with your Roller Account Manager. Provide confirmation in writing to your Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship.

The integration will run in near real time, and update your database.

In order to set up the Roller integration, you will need to get the following details from Roller:

  • Client ID (for each unit you're setting it up for)

  • Client Secret (for each unit you're setting it up for)

You will need the following details from Airship:

  • Airship Personal Access Token (Read + Write)

  • Airship Account ID

  • Airship Unit IDs

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating Audiences > Folders & Groups.

All the data will flow into the folder called ‘Roller Bookings’ and then added to a relevant group:

  • Each contact associated with a booking (i.e. not a purchase type) will be added to a group called ‘Booker’

  • Each contact associated with a purchase will be added to a group ‘Purchaser-Online’ (if their booking source is Online) and ‘Purchaser-In-Venue’ (if their booking source is In-Venue)

Each contact associated to Waiver will be added to a group under the folder called ‘Waivers’.

Historic Imports

It is not possible to obtain historic data from the integration at the moment. If you would like your historic contacts uploading, a manual upload of contact data will be required.
