To find your reports, log into Airship and go to Insights > Reports. This will open in a new tab in your browser.

Once you're in, click GDPR from the left-hand sidebar.

The GDPR section contains reports to help you stay on top of your data protection obligations. If a customer has exercised their rights under GDPR - such as requesting their data be deleted or exported - those requests are recorded here so you have a clear audit trail.

Shows you all the GDPR rights requests that have been made on your account over a date range you choose, so you can cross-reference these with your other data processors.

Useful for: Keeping a record of all GDPR requests made by your customers and making sure they have been actioned across all the platforms you use to store customer data.
