To find your reports, log into Airship and go to Insights > Reports. This will open in a new tab in your browser.

Once you're in, click Exports from the left-hand sidebar.

The Exports section lets you pull out contact data from your account in a downloadable format. Unlike the other report sections which focus on stats and summaries, this one is about exporting actual contact information for use outside of Airship.

Shows you the contacts within a specific group, filtered by date range and location. You can choose which group and which unit to export from.

Useful for: Exporting a specific set of contacts for use outside of Airship - for example creating a social media lookalike audience from a particular group of customers.
