What's in here? ποΈ
The Campaigns section is all about your email performance. The reports here help you understand how your emails are performing, which subject lines are getting the best engagement, how your campaigns are converting, and what spend they're generating. If you want to get a clearer picture of how your email marketing is working, this is where to look.
The reports π
π·οΈ All email campaigns, grouped by tags
Shows you all the emails you've sent, grouped by the tags assigned to them. For each tag group you can see key stats including total quantity sent, delivery rate, reads, read rate, clicks, click rate, unique clicks, soft bounces, hard bounces and unsubscribes.
Useful for: Seeing how emails with the same tag are performing together, for example comparing how all your "Birthday" tagged emails perform against your "Welcome" tagged emails.
π§ Campaign emails broken down by subject line
Shows you your campaign emails broken down by individual subject line over a date range you choose.
Useful for: Seeing which subject lines are getting the best engagement and spotting patterns in what works.
π Email Broadcasts (with conversion rates and spend) BETA
Shows you an overview of all the emails you've sent and how they performed, including conversion rates and spend data. You can filter by email type, minimum send quantity, and set booking and PoP windows.
Useful for: Understanding the ROI of your email campaigns - for example finding out the conversion rate of a birthday campaign and how much known spend it generated.
β οΈ Please note: This report may take a long time to process, or fail, if searching across a large number of emails over a long timeframe. It's recommended to run no more than a month's worth of emails at a time, otherwise processing can take up to 24 hours or fail.
π§ Email campaign monthly summary
Shows you the total email read rate broken down by month across a date range you choose. It covers both campaign emails and automated emails.
Useful for: Comparing how your emails performed month by month and spotting whether a particular month had a higher or lower read rate than usual.
