Where to find the 'Popular' reports
To find your reports, log into Airship and go to Insights > Reports. This will open in a new tab in your browser.
Once you're in, click Popular from the left-hand sidebar.

The Popular section brings together the reports that Airship clients use most.
Think of it as a curated shortlist of the most useful reports available - a great starting point if you're new to reports or just want to get to the good stuff quickly.
The reports listed here are the same for all Airship accounts by default, so whether you're just getting started or picking things back up, you'll always find them in the same place.
Read on to find out what data each report has and why it can be useful to you.
π Contact totals by day
Shows you how many contacts were on your database for each day within a date range you choose. It includes both opted-in and opted-out contacts, so you get a full picture of your database size over time.
Useful for: Seeing how your database has grown (or shrunk) day by day over a specific period.
π§ Email campaign monthly summary
Shows you the total email read rate broken down by month across a date range you choose. It covers both campaign emails and automated emails, so you get a full picture of how your emails are performing over time.
Useful for: Comparing how your emails performed month by month - for example, spotting whether a particular month had a higher or lower read rate than usual.
π₯ Group Additions Report
Shows you how many new contacts were added to each of your groups over a date range you choose. It breaks this down by location and group name, so you can see exactly where contacts are being added and in what numbers.
Useful for: Keeping track of how your groups are growing over time and spotting which groups are getting the most new additions.
π New contacts by location
Shows you how many new contacts have joined your database, broken down by location and month. It includes both opted-in and opted-out contacts, giving you a full picture of database growth across your venues.
Useful for: Seeing which locations are bringing in the most new contacts and how that changes from month to month.
ποΈ Redeemed vouchers
Shows you how many vouchers have been redeemed, broken down by location and the campaign they belong to. So you can see not just how many were used, but where they were redeemed and which campaign they came from.
Useful for: Tracking how well your voucher campaigns are performing and which locations are seeing the most redemptions.
β Total opted-in contacts
Shows you the total number of unique contacts on your database who are opted in to receive marketing. In other words, the contacts you can actually email or text.
Useful for: Quickly finding out the size of your marketable database - handy to know before planning a campaign.
ποΈ Voucher summary
Shows you how many vouchers have been assigned and redeemed over a date range you choose. It also breaks this down by campaign and shows the redemption rate for each one, so you can see how well each voucher campaign has performed.
Useful for: Getting an at-a-glance view of how your voucher campaigns are doing and what percentage of issued vouchers are actually being used.
