To find your reports, log into Airship and go to Insights > Reports. This will open in a new tab in your browser.

Once you're in, click Feedback from the left-hand sidebar.

The Feedback section is all about the responses you've collected from your customers through Airship's feedback tools. The reports here let you export and summarise that feedback data so you can review it, spot trends, and understand how your guests feel about their experience.

Shows you all the individual feedback responses collected across your account over a date range you choose, in a downloadable format.

Useful for: Exporting your raw feedback data to review in detail or share with your team outside of Airship.
