Guestwise provides personalised web experiences for each guest. They have 3 core products - Acquire, Activate and Engage - where each of them is intended to reach and interact with guests along their digital journey with a brand. Having a Guestwise x Airship link means that they’d be using as much data you have on Airship as possible to power intelligent campaigns, while also passing back data they collect to Airship so the brand can maintain a consolidated view for guest data in Airship.

An example use case is Guestwise can identify if the guest visited before, who they are based on their cookies and check if Airship has data such as DOB and marketing opt-in and show prompts on to the user on the website. Guestwise can capture and gather data through their web signup forms and send that data to Airship.

Getting Started

In order to set up the Guestwise integration, you will need the following details from Airship;

  • Airship Personal Access Token (Read + Write)

  • Airship Account ID

  • Airship Unit IDs

  • A UDF creating for the ‘Guestwise Guest ID’

What data is sent to Airship?

This will vary on a case-by-case basis and will depend on what the user journey looks like that is created by Guestwise.
