Getting started
To get started, provide confirmation in writing to your TripleSeat Account Manager that your data can be shared with Airship, requesting that TripleSeat send API access details to Airship.
After confirmation has been provided, TripleSeat will provide Airship with API access. Airship will then configure your account to automatically retrieve data from TripleSeat in real time.
In order to set up the Tripleseat integration, you will need to get the following details from your Tripleseat Dashboard:
Client Key
Client Secret
Webhook Secret
Follow the steps below:
Go to Tripleseat Dashboard > Settings > Resources
Click on Tripleseat API/Webhooks
Add the email address that you want API details to be sent to and click ‘Send’ (you can send this to techsuccess@airship.co.uk who will be setting up the integration for you) .
Finally, you will also need to enable webhooks so we can start receiving the booking data from Tripleseat. Ask the Airship team to provide you with a URL that you will need when creating a webhook.
On the Tripleseat API / Webhooks page scroll to the bottom and click on Add Webhook.
Select ‘Create Event’ and ‘Update Event’ in the Event Actions, add the URL link that was provided to you in ‘Your Target URL’ and click ‘Create’.
Share the Signing Key (webhook secret) with the Airship Team so they can finish the set up.

This data is also a source of PoP (proof of presence).
Historic data
Our integration with TripleSeat can also import historic data from TripleSeat when you first activate the connection with us. Let the Airship Customer Success Team know what date you would like the data to be imported from.
View your data in Airship
Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.
To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to Audiences in the main menu and select Folders & Groups.
You’ll be able to select your Bookings folder to see contacts that have been added via the TripleSeat connector. The name of the folder may vary for your particular account set-up.
