You'll get so many of your customers making orders that you'll need to start talking to them – which is why we integrate directly with Airship! This article outlines how you can send your storekit customers directly to your Airship account.

Getting started

In order to setup the storekit integration, you will need the following details from Airship;

  • Airship Personal Access Token (Read + Write)

  • Airship Account ID

Creating an API token

You'll need to create an API "Personal Access Token" for storekit to pass data into your account securely. To do this. you can either;

A) Invite your storekit account manager as a user to your Airship account and let them do this themselves, or;

B) You can do this on their behalf and pass the token on to them securely.

To create an API Personal Access Token, follow our guide here >

Airship Account ID

storekit will also require your Airship Account ID. If you're not sure what this is, please request it from our Customer Success team.

Connecting storekit

1. Login to your storekit dashboard and visit Stores > Store Settings > Integrations > Airship. Click the connect to Airship button and enter the information as described above.

2. Map your Airship units to storekit Stores. You can connect more than one store to each Airship unit, but not the other way around. Hit save and contact information will start flowing into Airship.
