QikServe / Preoday provides Order and Pay at Table solutions that seamlessly integrate with the industry’s leading POS providers.

And you can also get customer and order data flowing directly into your Airship account!

Getting started

Getting set-up with QikServe / Preoday is straight forward! To start with, you'll need to provide Airship with;

  • An API Username and Password

  • An API Token

  • A list of your venues with QikServe / Preoday venue IDs

Once you have all this in place, get in touch with your Airship Customer Success contact and we'll handle the rest.

What data is sent to Airship?

  • Contact first name

  • Contact surname

  • Contact email address

  • Contact mobile number

  • Contact Date of Birth

  • Contact email opt in status

  • Contact unit (location of order)

  • Purchaser history - unit/location

  • Purchaser history - transaction reference

  • Purchaser history - SKU

  • Purchaser history - quantity

  • Purchaser history - value

View your data in Airship

Once the connector is enabled, you will be able to see data flowing into your Airship account, by navigating to Folders & Groups.

To access your Contact Folders in Airship, scroll down to Contacts in the main menu and select Folders & Groups.

From here you can select a specific location, and will see some groups called;

  • Preoday - SEAT ... (Table service)

  • Preoday - PICKUP ... (Collection)

  • Preoday - Delivery

which will contain all contacts from the QikServe / Preoday platform, who ordered by the associated order type.

Having purchase history and location information allows this integration to be used as a source of Proof of Presence (PoP) data within your campaigns and insight reports.
