This article will help you to Navigate the new Airship dashboard & show you where to find all of the relevant features within your account.

Email Builder
The ‘Email Builder’ is where you can view saved emails and create new emails, When you click on this link it will show all your saved emails and you'll have the ability to create new emails or amend existing ones. For a more in depth guide to our email builder check out this article.
Email Campaigns
Email campaigns is where you can send a manual Broadcast or view & edit your Welcome, Birthday, Date Triggers and Retention emails.
Starting off with Broadcast, when you click on it three options will appear:
Create New - Here you will be taken to the page to choose your audience & send out your email broadcasts.
Scheduled - This will show any emails you've already set up and scheduled.
Sent - This will show anything you've previously sent out to your database.
Welcome - Here you can create or edit your welcome email, find out more here.
Scheduled - This will show any emails you've already set up and scheduled.
Sent - This will show any welcome emails that have already been sent.
Birthday - Here you can create or edit your Birthday emails, find out more here.
Scheduled - This will show any emails you've already set up and scheduled.
Sent - This will show any Birthday emails that have already been sent.
Date Triggered- Here you can create or edit your date trigger emails, find out more here.
Scheduled - This will show any emails you've already set up and scheduled.
Sent - This will show any triggered emails that have already been sent.
SMS Campaigns
We’ve split SMS Campaigns and Email Campaigns into different tabs, but both tabs follow the same process on the dashboard.
Forms
Forms can be used to collect data by encouraging customers to sign up to your brand. Our forms have links that let you use your forms in your email, on your website or just to share out generally across your other channels.

Audiences
Audiences is where all of your data sits, you can find Create Audiences, view your Folders & Groups, PoP Segments and Milestones.
Create Audience is used to find specific customers in your database and can be used if a customer didn’t receive the latest email or other similar situations.
Folders & Groups - in here you can view and create all of the segmented data on your account, along with this you can create groups, folders & move your data around. For a more in depth look into Folders & Groups click here.
PoP Segments - this is where you can view customers that have visited your venues a certain amount of times in a certain time frame, for example your bronze segment may show customers who have visited once in the past year & your platinum segment might be those that have visited 4 or more times. These PoP segments can be changed on your account just get in touch with our success team.
Milestones - here you can view your engagement milestones to see how often your customers are interacting with your emails.
Reports
Airship Reports allows you to view and download data on your Airship account. Find out more about the different reports in here.
Tools
Tools have three tabs including Create Contact, Data Uploader, Content Manager.
Create contact - this can be used to manually add contacts to your database.
Data Uploader - this can be used to upload data from any of your other platforms but before you start make sure you have the customers consent for using and importing their data.
Content manager - this allows you to merge venue specific details into a single email, this will save you time and remove the need to build the same email multiple times.
Settings
Under the settings tab are six tabs tailored to settings, those tabs are Dynamic Fields, Locations, Users & Roles, API Access, SMS Credits, Server Status.
Dynamic fields are a way for Airship to store data that may change in the future. For example if you collect loyalty points we will store these points as dynamic fields so these can keep being updated.
Locations are what it says on the tin and it’s just all the locations you have in your company and they can all be set up here.
Users & Roles are used for giving your team members access to your account. You can limit what they have access to under roles.
API Access - Airship has a fully featured REST API which allows developers to pass data in and out of Airship and extend our functionality for custom projects.
SMS Credits - this shows all the credits that you have on your current balance & give you the ability to purchase more credits.
Server status - this will show the current performance of the Airship dashboard.
