Forms can be used to collect data by encouraging customers to sign up to your brand. Our forms have links that let you use your forms in your email, on your website or just to share out generally across your other channels.

Find out more about our forms here.

Audiences

Audiences is where all of your data sits, you can find Create Audiences, view your Folders & Groups, PoP Segments and Milestones.

PoP Segments - this is where you can view customers that have visited your venues a certain amount of times in a certain time frame, for example your bronze segment may show customers who have visited once in the past year & your platinum segment might be those that have visited 4 or more times. These PoP segments can be changed on your account just get in touch with our success team.

Tools

Tools have three tabs including Create Contact, Data Uploader, Content Manager.

Create contact - this can be used to manually add contacts to your database.

Data Uploader - this can be used to upload data from any of your other platforms but before you start make sure you have the customers consent for using and importing their data.

Settings

Under the settings tab are six tabs tailored to settings, those tabs are Dynamic Fields, Locations, Users & Roles, API Access, SMS Credits, Server Status.

Dynamic fields are a way for Airship to store data that may change in the future. For example if you collect loyalty points we will store these points as dynamic fields so these can keep being updated.

Locations are what it says on the tin and it’s just all the locations you have in your company and they can all be set up here.

Users & Roles are used for giving your team members access to your account. You can limit what they have access to under roles.

API Access - Airship has a fully featured REST API which allows developers to pass data in and out of Airship and extend our functionality for custom projects.

SMS Credits - this shows all the credits that you have on your current balance & give you the ability to purchase more credits.
