How to search a contact's profile
To search for a particular contact, log into your Airship account and:
Click Insights
And then click Dashboard (classic)
Now enter the contact's email address or mobile number into the search bar and press Enter on your keyboard or click the search symbol to run the search
When you run the search, if the contact's email address or mobile number exists on your Airship database, you will be instantly directed to the contact's profile.
What to do if you get "Contact not found" message
If the contact email address or mobile number you used doesn't exist on your Airship database, you'll see a red 'contact not found' message appear above the search bar.
The reason the contact cannot be found might be because:
The email address is incorrect (a typo)
The mobile number has spaces in the number (you need to enter it without spaces)
The contact doesn't exist at all on your database (e.g. they were never added or were deleted).
Need to add a new contact?
If the details you have used are correct and the contact still doesn't show up you'll need to add them to your Airship database.
