Summary
Log into Airship
Go to Overview and use the contact search bar (top of page) and enter:
Contact's email address, or
Contact's mobile number
Click the search symbol (or press enter on your keyboard) to search the contact
After clicking search, if the contact's email address or mobile number exists on your Airship database, you will be instantly directed to the contact's profile.
If the contact email address or mobile number you used doesn't exist on your Airship database, you'll see a red 'contact not found' message appear above the search bar.
The reason the contact cannot be found might be because:
The email address is incorrect (a typo)
The mobile number has spaces in the number
The contact doesn't exist at all on your database (e.g. they were never added or were deleted).
If the contact doesn't exist and you need to add them, here's how you can manually add a new contact to your database.
