For guests, it's a personal rewards page that lives right in their phone browser. No app to download, no account to create. They just click a link in their email and boom, their rewards are right there! 📱
What kinds of rewards can I create?
There are six reward styles to pick from:

🎂 Birthday | An automatic treat that lands on your guest's birthday every year |
👋 Welcome | A gift that fires the moment someone joins your mailing list |
🥂 Anniversary | Like Birthday but tied to when a guest first signed up with you |
🔁 Recurring | A reward guests can use multiple times with limits, e.g. one free coffee per week |
🌱 Evergreen | An ongoing perk with no expiry, like 20% off food for your staff or members |
Mix and match to build a setup that works for your brand. Hook new guests with a welcome gift, make them feel special on their birthday, and keep them coming back with an ongoing perk. Easy! ✨
How does it work?
Setting up a reward is straightforward. In a nutshell you will:
🏷️ Name your reward and choose a code type that connects to your till system
🎨 Customise it with a description, image and any terms and conditions
📅 Set the dates for how long it should be valid
✅ Generate or upload your codes and grab the reward link to drop into your emails
Your guests then receive the reward link in an email, click through to their personal rewards page, and redeem it in venue. 😄
