To find your Favourite Reports, log into Airship and go to Insights > Reports.
If you haven't set any favourites yet, don't worry - you'll just see a message saying "You've not got any favourite reports yet!" Once you start adding some, they'll all show up here. 😀
The Favourite Reports section is your own personal shortcut list. 😎
Instead of hunting through the different sections every time you visit Reports, you can pin the reports you use most so they're all in one place.
How to add a report to your favourites ♥️
Every report has a heart icon to the right of its name. Just click it and the report will instantly appear in your Favourite Reports section. Simple as that!
If the heart icon is filled in grey it has been favourited. If the heart icon is just an outline it hasn't been favourited yet.
The reports listed on Favourite Reports show up in alphabetical order.
How to remove a report from your favourites 💔
You can remove a report from your favourites in two ways:
Click the heart icon again on the report in the Favourite Reports section and you'll see it be instantly removed
Or find the report in its original section and click the heart icon there to un-favourite it
Either way it'll be removed from your favourites straight away. 👍
You can re-add a removed favourite report if you re-favourite it again from the section the report is listed.
A few things worth knowing 💡
There's no limit to how many reports you can favourite
Favouriting a report doesn't change anything about the report itself - it just makes it easier to find
