There are two reports that can help with this depending on what you need:
Total unsubscribes
Shows you the total number of contacts who have unsubscribed across your whole account over a date range you choose.
To run it, go to Insights > Reports > Contacts and click on Total unsubscribes.
Select your date range and hit Run Report.
Total unsubscribes per location
The same report as above but broken down by location, so you can see unsubscribe numbers for each of your venues separately.
To run it, go to Insights > Reports > Contacts and click on Total unsubscribes per location.
Select your date range and hit Run Report.
💡 It's worth running this report after a campaign to check if there was a spike in unsubscribes. If numbers look higher than usual it could be worth reviewing the content or frequency of your emails.
