If you have a birthday email set up on Airship, this is a handy one to know. There are two reports depending on whether you want an overall figure or a breakdown by location:
Opted-in contacts with a DOB
Shows you the total number of opted-in contacts across your whole account who have a date of birth recorded.
To run it, go to Insights > Reports > Contacts and click on Opted-in contacts with a DOB.
Hit Run Report.
Opted-in contacts with a DOB by location
The same report but broken down by location, so you can see the figures for each of your venues separately.
To run it, go to Insights > Reports > Contacts and click on Opted-in contacts with a DOB by location.
Hit Run Report.
💡 Only opted-in contacts with a date of birth will receive a birthday email, so this report gives you a good idea of how many contacts are in that birthday campaign audience.
