Getting started
From the left-hand menu, go to Emails > Send an email.
On the audience page, scroll down and click Filter audience by Personal Details to expand that section.
Defining your search
Use the postcode field to narrow down your audience:
To target a full postcode, enter it in full, e.g. S2 5QX
To target a whole outcode, enter just the first part, e.g. S1
To target multiple outcodes, separate them with commas, e.g. S1, S2, S3
Count results
Before you send, click Count Results at the bottom of the page to see how many contacts match your search.
Saving your search
Once you're happy with your search, you can save it so you can reuse it for future emails. Saved searches update automatically as new contacts are added to your database.
