Setting up the Feed it back x Survey links integration integration will allow all your contacts purchase data to be automatically sent from Airship to Feed it back - so when a customer clicks on a feedback link via an Airship email, they will be shown a customised feedback survey based on the specific items they purchased.

This is only available to customers who have;

  • An Airship account

  • A feed it back account

  • A purchase (dish) level integration from an Airship integrated POS or O&P partner

  • Any menu data will need to be loaded into Feed it back from your POS / menu provider

Fees

There are no fees from Airship or Feed it back for the integration.

How it works

Once everything is in place, Airship will help you setup a Feed back trigger. Within this email, you will have a CTA to leave feedback.

When this CTA is clicked, Airship will send any purchase and booking data to Feed it Back who will generate a unique survey for that customer, then provide the survey link back to Airship.

Airship then direct the customer onto the survey, where the questions Feed it back have generated will be pre-populated based on the purchased items.

Although it sounds like a lots going on, it happens very quickly in the background and gives the customer a seamless journey to leaving feedback. Airship can also enable an optional, customisable landing page between the customer clicking / feedback being left if you wanted to add in any messaging between.

Prerequisites

You will need to have Purchase Data flowing into your Airship account, and It will also need a SKU reference associated to the purchased items.

The majority of our purchase data integrations support this:

  • Arch2Order

  • Tabology

  • OrderPay

  • Fuse

  • ServedUp

  • Storekit

  • Vita Mojo

  • Orderbee

  • Ordr

  • OrderSwift

  • Centegra

  • Comtrex

  • Pepper

  • Zonal

    With the exception of:

  • Me&U

  • MrYum

  • Shopify (will apply if configured in the Shopify platform)

  • Sevenrooms (for when a purchase is associated to a booking)

The menu items, and SKU references will also need to be provided to Feed it back to load into their platform.

Getting started

Once you decide to go ahead with the integration, if you get in touch with your Feed it back and Airship team members, we'll get everything configured;

From Feed it Back, Airship will need:

  • An API key

From Airship, Feed it back will need;

  • A list of Units and Unit IDs

Airship will then configure the integration and then start talking to you around what the feed back comms journey will look like. We'll provide you a unique survey link which will be added into your feed back emails.
